Detroit Lions safety Kerby Joseph couldn’t help but be happy for Tucker Kraft after Thursday night’s dramatic win over the Green Bay Packers.

The Lions flexed their muscles as serious Super Bowl contenders with a hard-fought victory over the Packers at Ford Field, where Jake Bates hit a last-second field goal to move them to 12-1 on the season.

And after their late triumph, Detroit’s Joseph was involved in a heated exchange with Green Bay tight end Kraft, who had threatened to get his hands on him in the lead-up to the game.

Kraft took aim at the Lions star earlier this week after he suggested he plays dirty on the field despite admitting he is a talented defensive back.

“I know he’s a dangerous player.” He can turn games around. “He’s a good DB,” he said of Joseph.

“Maybe I don’t agree with some of the places he likes to socialize. He took some of my brothers out of the game and I’m thinking about that too. This gives me a chance to get my hands on him while playing football.”

After the Lions emerged victorious, Joseph could be seen taunting Kraft while being restrained by members of the Detroit coaching staff.

After the argument, he ran down the tunnel cheering before high-fiving a crowd of home fans lined up to the side.

Kraft said of his encounter with Joseph after the game: “He waited for me to go into the tunnel and had a few words for me.”

“So I just told him. He won’t hurt me. I don’t think he did it.

‘Yes. I talked this shit earlier in the week and stuck with it. I didn’t want it to come to that, but when it did, I was into it. That was a tough game. They are a good team. We will see her again.’

However, Joseph refused to acknowledge the Packers man when asked about it himself.

“Are you talking about the Mac and Cheese Force?” “I don’t know who that kid is,” he claimed.

Kraft, who finished Thursday night’s game with three catches for 41 yards, tackled Joseph when the Lions defender tried to take him down with a low tackle in the third quarter.

However, he was ultimately thwarted by Jack Campbell and Terrion Arnold.

After Thursday’s loss, the Packers have a record of 9-4, with the Seattle Seahawks up next.
