Warmer air for the weekend before rain sets in

As of this morning it is still quite cool. We will have temperatures in the upper teens with light winds.

The good news is that we’ll have a decent warm-up over the weekend. This afternoon we’ll see mostly sunny skies and temperatures will climb into the low 40s. It will be slightly below average but much warmer than where we were.

SATURDAY 4 PM

This trend will continue tomorrow. We see temperatures only dipping below 30°C on Sunday morning. This will be more than 10 degrees warmer than where we were the last few mornings. And for the first time in a long time we’re going back to the 50s! Expect a high of around 53°C with mostly sunny skies.

More showers will occur in the area later the next day. We could see some showers towards sunset, but the heavier and more widespread rain continued until just before the nighttime hours.

It will remain warm for the first few days of the work week, but there will be persistent rain until Tuesday. After Tuesday our next front moves in with much colder air and chances of a snow/winter mix.
