Deion Sanders asks Antonio Pierce, Shedeur, to design Shilo

Deion Sanders seems to be channeling his inner LeBron James.

On Saturday, a video circulated on social media of Sanders sharing a stage with Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce at an event in Las Vegas. While praising Pierce, the Colorado Buffaloes head coach had a question for the Raiders coach.

“You really are the best,” Sanders told Pierce. “Now I just have to do one thing: you have to recruit these Sanders guys.”

Pierce immediately joked to Sanders and asked, “Where are they?” Shilo Sanders asked Buffalo security to stand up and make his presence known. Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders was not seen in the video.

This came after Shedeur posted the Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium on his Instagram story with the caption, “Legendary.” Shedeur is expected to be drafted No. 1 by the New York Giants in ESPN’s latest mock draft after throwing for 3,926 passing yards with a 78.1 QBR and 35 touchdowns for Colorado this fall.

Most recently, the quarterback was named the winner of the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award last Friday, given to the best upperclassmen quarterback, before breaking Koy Detmer’s single-season passing record at Colorado and rushing for 438 yards in a 52-0 -Victory threw the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Shedeur has spent his entire college career with his father, starting at Jackson State in 2021 before following Deion to Colorado in 2023.
