ChatGPT is experiencing significant outages, preventing millions of users worldwide from accessing the chatbot.
OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, took to social media to address the issue. It said: “We are currently experiencing an outage. We have identified the issue and are working to introduce a solution. Sorry, we’ll keep you posted!”
Social media is abuzz with reactions as ChatGPT faces an outage.
One user said: “I pay $20 a month just to have it not work when I have an assignment tonight thanks.”
“How long will Chatgpt be unavailable?” asked another user.
Another user added: “You make me want to use Grok more. As long as I’ve been using it, there’s never been a failure.”

Meta’s flagship platforms – Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook – faced widespread outages. Previous users reported problems ranging from failed messages to the apps being completely inaccessible. Meta recognized the issues and addressed them on its official X account: “We are aware that a technical issue is affecting some users’ access to our apps. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.”
