The Commanders’ victory spurs Josh Hart’s playful attacks on his Knicks teammates

The Washington Commanders stormed back to defeat the Philadelphia Eagles 36-33, and one of their biggest fans couldn’t contain his excitement.

Maryland-born New York Knicks guard Josh Hart isn’t shy when it comes to his Commanders fanbase, often posting about it on .

Hart made his feelings known more than an hour before kickoff, expressing that he, Brunson and Towns were neither friends nor teammates on Sunday. Instead, they were “just colleagues.” The cities responded with a targeted emoji selection.

As the Eagles built a 21-7 lead in the first half, Hart appeared to apologize. He shared a popular meme featuring Winslow, the cartoon mouse from Nickelodeon’s “CatDog,” dramatically opening a door and walking out.

Less than 20 minutes later, Brunson called his friend, but Hart wouldn’t talk. He told his Villanova Wildcats teammate to stop calling.

But the Commanders continued to crawl back and took a one-point lead with 9:06 left. That prompted Hart to post the opposite version of the meme – this time opening the door to come in

Of course, it was short-lived as Philadelphia scored two field goals to take the lead.

With less than two minutes left, quarterback Jayden Daniels led Washington down the field. He capped it off with a 9-yard touchdown pass to Jamison Crowder with six seconds left, sending Hart on a posting spree.

He returned the mouse meme, tagging Hart and Towns before spelling out “EAGLES SUCK!” and posts a screenshot of him trying to call his teammates. Hart also praised his favorite team’s quarterback.

Brunson didn’t seem to acknowledge any of Hart’s contributions after the game. Instead, he had his own one-word review.
