Packers’ Rashan Gary scares ESPN’s Lisa Salters after botched interview

Lisa Salters’ postgame interview with Packers quarterback Jordan Love included a cameo she certainly didn’t expect.

As the ESPN reporter chatted with Love after Green Bay’s narrow 34-0 win over New Orleans on “Monday Night Football” at Lambeau Field, he was startled to see the quarterback’s teammate, defensive end Rashan Gary, overhearing their chat Sideline broke off briefly.

“Jordan, you’re officially going into the playoffs, how does that sound to you?” Salters asked Love, who replied, “It’s amazing, we’ve been working for this all season,” as Gary entered the frame.

“Stop playing with him!” Gary seemed to exclaim, surprising Salters. “Again, punch the ticket!”

As Gary, 27, walked away excitedly, Salters told Love: “He scared me.”

The 26-year-old quarterback then turned his attention back to the Salters’ original question about the Packers’ playoff spot and pointed to Gary.
