Beyonce Teases Project 2025 and Fans Think It’s a ‘Cowboy Carter’ Tour

Beyoncé’s Christmas gifts to fans didn’t end with her breathtaking halftime show at the Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans game on Christmas Day. According to a teaser that the superstar released shortly after she left the field, she has a lot more planned.

In a cinematic clip shared on Bey’s social media on Wednesday (December 25), the 32-time Grammy winner sits astride a white stallion as she waves a large American flag above her head in slow motion during her long blonde hair blowing like a western trumpet in the wind The theme sounds to the beat of an offscreen onslaught of pounding hooves. As she stares into the camera, the message “1.14.25” suddenly appears in the video.

The clip revealed no further information about what Bey is implying, nor did her caption. “Look at this horse,” she wrote simply.

Still, fans are worried about what the teaser could mean, and many of them are convinced that the “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer is preparing for a tour in 2025. These theories only grew stronger after Live Nation – one of the world’s largest touring companies, which supported Bey’s most recent trip, the Renaissance World Tour, reposted the musician’s teasers on their own social networks.

However, other fans aren’t sure one way or the other. “TOUR? Act III? PICTURES? “I NEED ANSWERS NOW,” a concerned Beyhiver tweeted, suggesting that January 14, 2025 could just as easily bring a new album announcement or news about Bey’s unreleased visuals Renaissance, Cowboy Carter or both.

billboard has reached out to representatives for Beyoncé and Live Nation for comment.

The Ivy Park founder’s teaser comes on the heels of her performance at NRG Stadium in her hometown of Houston, where she performed several songs from her Billboard 200-topping album Cowboy Carter her long-awaited live debut came a full nine months after she released the album in March. Shaboozey, Post Malone, Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy and Reyna Roberts all joined them on the field to sing their respective collaborations from the LP – including “Sweet Honey Buckiin”, “Levii’s Jeans” and “Blackbiird”. Bey’s oldest daughter, Blue Ivy, did a few dance routines.

Bey has not toured since her performance in support of 2022 Renaissance ended in fall 2023. The five-month journey grossed $579.8 million and sold 2.8 million tickets, finishing the year as a Billboard top grosser Boxscore’s most successful tour.
