Urban Meyer shares his prediction for Notre Dame vs. Georgia in the Sugar Bowl

Former Notre Dame wide receivers coach Urban Meyer has given his prediction for the Fighting Irish’s matchup against Georgia in the upcoming Sugar Bowl.

Notre Dame is currently a very slight underdog to Georgia and Meyer thinks the oddsmakers got the number right. Meyer previewed what he thinks will happen in the Sugar Bowl on his podcast “The Triple Option.”

“Vegas is great. I stare at these point spreads and think they are spot on,” Meyer said. “But how will the players at Notre Dame react when they see a high draft pick across from them? Because they haven’t seen that yet… I think the point spread is right… That’s what I’m going to do: Take cover with Georgia.
