NFL legend Terry Bradshaw shocks fans with Kansas City Chiefs prediction

Terry Bradshaw has made a shocking prediction that the Kansas City Chiefs won’t win the Super Bowl this season.

Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and their teammates hope to become the first team in NFL history to win the Super Bowl for the third time in a row.

Thanks to their Christmas win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, they have already secured first place in the AFC, securing a bye in the first round of the playoffs and home field advantage.

Still, Bradshaw insists Andy Reid’s team will not be victorious in New Orleans on February 9th.

The four-time Super Bowl winner and Pittsburgh Steelers legend said Sunday on Fox, “They’re not going to win three in a row.”

“I just think they’re going to play a team like Buffalo; They’re going to play a team like Baltimore.

“Those are the two teams that can beat them. I think it will happen.”

While some fans are hoping the Ravens or Bills can end the Chiefs’ dominance, many on social media disagreed with Bradshaw.

One Chiefs fan wrote: “He said the exact same thing last year that we wouldn’t play back to back and then see what happened.”

Another commented: “Why do they forget that the Chiefs beat the Ravens this season? Maybe Terry is getting a bit senile.”

“Doubting Mahomes is a crazy thing,” a third commented.

“Not a Chiefs fan but Terry has to go.” “My God is he terrible,” a fourth fan posted.

One staunch Chiefs supporter wrote: “Terry Bradshaw, you are wrong, the Chiefs offense is targeting the right team and the defense is great.”

One viewer mocked Bradshaw’s affiliation with the Steelers, posting with a laughing emoji: “Someone’s still not over the Christmas game.”

The 15-1 Chiefs face the Denver Broncos next weekend in their regular-season finale, which will come at least 10 days after their 29-10 win at Pittsburgh, a nice break for a tired team whose bye came in Week 6.

But since there was nothing to be won in this game, Reid might be able to give some of his key players the entire week off before the playoffs.

And since the Chiefs now have a first-round bye, that means they wouldn’t face anyone in the divisional round until at least Jan. 18, meaning there’s a full 24 days between games.

“It was almost 10 weeks of football working on this short schedule at the end of the year,” quarterback Mahomes said.

“We’ll see how Week 18 goes – who plays, who doesn’t.” That’s up to the coach. But having that break, getting healthy and getting ready for the playoffs, that was super important, especially with the guys we got together.”
