A portion of Arsenal Road has been closed following an entrapment accident in York County Saturday evening. The accident, involving a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle, was reported in the westbound lanes near Interstate 83, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The accident was a mass casualty incident, “which means multiple patients need to be evaluated,” said PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler.
