Alex Cooper Says Her Health and Wellness Routine Changes Every Day (Exclusive)

Alex Cooper is all about being flexible.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE about her new Unwell Hydration drink line, the Call her dad The 30-year-old podcast host talks about her health and wellness routine and why it’s never the same.

“I’ll be honest, it changes every day, every week,” Cooper says. “I think everyone can understand that sometimes you think, ‘I’m in the loop. I’m ready to eat this salad. I’m ready to moisturize. My skincare is going to be a hit’ – and then life happens.” ”

“Then you become unwell and then you have to try to get well again,” the entrepreneur continued. “We’re all exhausted from work, we have a social life, we want to be a good friend and a good partner, and it’s just this endless cycle.”

“So I would say, sometimes I work out and hydrate extra, and sometimes I’m like, ‘Alex, put it on your calendar. We start on Sunday,’” Cooper adds.

With the release of her beverage line, Unwell Hydration, Cooper hopes the drinks will provide people with an easy way to prioritize their health and wellness.

The drinks come in three flavors – strawberry, mango citrus and orange hibiscus – and each contains more than 700 milligrams of electrolytes as well as a blend of B-complex vitamins and green coffee extract.

Cooper tells PEOPLE that the idea for the latest addition to her Unwell Network came to her while she was on tour earlier this year.

“I was exhausted and felt so hungover even though I wasn’t even drinking,” she explains. “I asked myself, ‘Why am I so tired? I have bags under my eyes,’ and every time I grabbed something that was moisturizing, it either tasted really crappy or there was just too much sugar in it.”

The Unwell Hydration beverage line will be available exclusively at Target stores nationwide and on Target.com beginning January 1st. The beverage line, which will retail for $2.49 per 16.9 ounces of liquid. bottle and $14.99 for an 8-pack, will expand to additional retailers in the United States throughout 2025.
