Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Santa Claus and Alan Ritchson smile for the First Man With The Bag photo

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Alan Ritchson shared a photo of the couple on the set of Amazon MGM Studios’ upcoming Christmas film The man with the bagwhere Schwarzenegger will play Santa Claus.

Not much can be seen in the photo, but the couple can be seen standing on a set littered with Christmas decorations. Schwarzenegger also wears a funny outfit with white hair and a white beard for his role as Santa Claus.

What is “The Man with the Bag” about?

As mentioned above, in the film, Schwarzenegger will play the role of Santa Claus, who has his magical bag of presents stolen and has to find someone on the naughty list to help him get them. Ritchson is presumably playing the former thief. Directed by Adam Shankman from a screenplay by Allan Rice. Producers include Lawrence Grey, Ben Everard, Reg Tigerman, Dan Spilo and Ritchscon.

“When Santa’s magic bag is stolen, he resorts to his naughty ways to find Vance, a former thief, to help him get it back,” reads the film’s official synopsis. “Along with his daughter, Santa Claus, and a group of misfit elves, Vance must pull off the biggest heist of his life to save Christmas.”
