Zayne Anderson, who was safe, left the race to be checked for a concussion. Javon Bullard, who played nickel cornerback, replaced Anderson.

Darnold converted third-and-4 with a 13-yard pass to Addison on a play. After Edgerrin Cooper tackled Jones for a 2-yard loss, Addison got the yardage back with a 12-yard catch and run to the uprights.

On second-and-8, Jalen Nailor got free off the far post for a 31-yard touchdown to put Green Bay ahead 7-3 with 11:52 left in the first half.

Jacobs got the Packers moving on their next possession, gaining 13 yards on third-and-1 and then picking up five more yards on his next career possession. Byron Murphy Jr. was called for defensive pass interference on Reed, resulting in a 12-yard penalty to the Minnesota 31.

Jacobs gained six yards on first down, but the Packers turned it all around on downs when Love and Reed failed to score on a fourth-and-3 attempt. The Vikings took over at their 24th.

A 13-yard pass to Hockenson and a defensive pass interference call on Nixon moved Minnesota to midfield. Darnold converted a third-and-6 with a 16-yard pass to Nailor over the middle to the Packers’ 26-yard pass.

While Cam Akers set up the first-and-goal push with his 16-yard run, Green Bay’s defense held Minnesota to a 25-yard field goal from Reichard, tying it up with 2:16 left in the first half 10:3 for the Vikings.

Green Bay escaped with a three-out win on the next series after Wicks was charged with illegal formation on a three-and-one handoff to Jacobs. Love missed Bo Melton on a deep ball on third-and-six and fumbled with just over a minute left in the half.

Minnesota pushed the ball to midfield before Karl Brooks sacked Darnold for a 5-yard loss with 13 seconds left. Hockenson caught a 12-yard pass on the Green Bay 37, setting up Reichard for a 55-yard field goal.

Reichard missed the first shot wide right, but Edgerrin Cooper was caught offside. Reichard made the 50-yard attempt as time expired in the first half.
