ATLANTA- Delta Air Lines (DL) is opening flight attendant applications for its 2025 recruiting classes, targeting both English-speaking and bilingual candidates.

The airline is seeking professionals who can deliver exceptional customer experiences during its most challenging travel year yet.

Rachel McCarthy, VP of Operations and Hiring, emphasized the importance of 2025, noting that it will mark Delta’s centennial and an unprecedented travel schedule. The aim of the recruitment drive is to meet the airline’s growing operational requirements.

Delta specifically targets bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and other languages ​​including Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, Greek, German, Italian, Korean and Swedish. Interested applicants use a single application process in which they can indicate language skills and preferences for roles in the target language (Language of Destination, LOD).

  • Previously rejected applicants must wait 90 days after their last disqualification before reapplying

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must speak, read and write English fluently
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
