I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. It’s definitely foggy out there tonight. This thick fog will continue until tomorrow morning. For all of us in yellow, this is a warning of dense fog. So temperatures will be low tonight, falling into the upper 30s and lower mid 40s. Cool. But it’s not very cold out here. There’s a few showers for tomorrow, some drizzle in the morning, and then we’ll see the chance of rain increase as we go into the afternoon. 80% between about 3 and 5 o’clock. Otherwise, temperatures will remain in the low to mid 50s, still a bit warmer than normal, although not by much. OK, let’s talk about the threat of severe weather. There is minimal risk. This is the officer. Watch here for the south to push into eastern Oklahoma. There is a threat of a tornado, but the tornado will remain primarily in southern and southeastern Oklahoma. On a *** scale of 1 to 10, we have a *** tornado index, which they put at *** 2. But look out for rain tomorrow morning, scattered showers. Central Oklahoma up to Enid, El Reno, southern Oklahoma. Here’s your risk for severe weather starting to hit. It will be a very small window because these storms will move very quickly, but from Ada to McAllister down to Idael, there will be heavier rain there. The rain continues from Stillwater, Chandler and Shawnee into eastern Oklahoma and then we will see some isolated light showers behind this system, lingering and drizzling tomorrow evening.
