A former My Chemical Romance drummer has reportedly been found dead in his Tennessee home.

Bob Bryar, 44, who joined the popular rock band in 2004 and is the band’s longest-serving drummer, was last seen alive on November 4.

Bryar replaced original drummer Matt Pelissier while serving as sound engineer for The Used when the bands toured together, but they parted ways in 2010.

The cause of death is not yet known, but animal control was called to the home to pick up two dogs.

TMZ reports that law enforcement say the body was badly decomposed, but do not suspect foul play at this time.

The band had a ten-city tour starting in July next year, but Bryar’s appearance was not planned.

The cause of death is still under investigation.
