Fox News commentator was 45

Dr. Kelly Powers, a professional who lent her expertise to various Fox News shows, has died. She was 45.

The doctor and surgeon died on Sunday, December 1st after battling brain cancer, which was first diagnosed in 2020.

“She was a brave and beautiful soul who could make friends anywhere. “Kelly loved people and was committed to helping others,” an obituary in her honor reads. “She had many hobbies including gardening, surfing, ballet, cycling, running, horse riding, traveling and many other activities. Kelly was an accomplished doctor and surgeon who appeared in the spotlight on television and in magazines on numerous occasions. The most important thing to her was her family.”

Powers attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed her residency training at Georgetown and Boston University School of Medicine. The doctor appeared, among other things, on Fox News television shows Red eyes And Fox & friends and Fox Business shows like The Willis Report.

Republican pundit Meghan McCain took to social media to send her thoughts to the Powers family following her loss. McCain’s father, the late Senator John McCain, was diagnosed with glioblastoma, from which he died in 2018.

“Sending so much love, light and prayers to Dr. Power’s family and loved ones. Glioblastoma is a pure, unadulterated evil that no person or family should have to endure. “My family is here for you if you need anything,” McCain said Posted on XElon Musk’s social media platform.

Dr. Powers is survived by her husband, Steven Doll, her son, Bennett, her parents, and her mother and father-in-law, Daniel and Laraine Doll.
