The health crisis served as a “powerful reminder of how quickly everything can change” and how “fragile life can be,” the “Red Notice” actress added.

The mother of four, who is married to Jaron Varsano, continued: “In the midst of a difficult year, I just wanted to hold on and live.

“We rushed to the hospital and within hours I underwent emergency surgery. My daughter Ori was born in this moment of uncertainty and fear.”

Gadot, who announced the birth of her daughter in early March, explained that Ori’s name “was not chosen by chance” as her name means “my light” in Hebrew.

“Before the surgery, I told Jaron that she would be the light waiting for me at the end of this tunnel when our daughter arrived,” she wrote.

Gadot then thanked the medical team at Cedars-Sinai for helping her on her “road to recovery.”

“Today I am completely healed and filled with gratitude for the life that has been given back to me,” she wrote. “The trip taught me so much.”

Now Gadot is “fully healed and full of gratitude” for her health.
The actress said her post was not meant to “scare anyone” but rather to “empower others” and force them to “take action on their health.”

The actress encouraged her followers to “listen to your body and trust what it’s telling us.”

Gadot further explained that her post was not intended to “scare anyone,” but rather to “empower” and compel others to “take action on their health.”

Gadot then gushed in the comments section about Ori’s birth following the health crisis.

“The birth of a child is a miracle, a testament to the strength and resilience of our bodies and minds. But it also asks so much of us that it reminds us to care for ourselves as deeply as we care for others,” she added.

“As we celebrate Hanukkah, a festival of light and miracles, I reflect on the personal miracle I have been granted. My daughter Ori is a constant reminder of the resilience, hope and strength we carry within us.”

Gadot and her husband are also the proud parents of three other daughters: Alma (13), Maya (7) and Daniella (3).
