You can watch the Golden Globe-nominated film even if it’s still playing in a theater near you Gladiator II at home.

Starting Tuesday, December 24, the sequel to the drama starring Paul Mescal, Pedro Pascal and Denzel Washington will be available to stream online via premium video-on-demand platforms. You can rent Gladiator II Available digitally in 4K Ultra HD for $19.99 or $24.99 on Prime Video, Apple TV and elsewhere.

Where to stream Gladiator II On-line

Distributed by Paramount Pictures, Gladiator II is expected to land on Paramount+ when its current theatrical run ends sometime in late January or early February 2025.

In the meantime, Gladiator II in 4K Ultra HD can be rented for $19.99 or purchased digitally for $24.99 on Prime Video, Apple TV and other video-on-demand platforms. Tickets to see the film in theaters are still available on Fandango.com and elsewhere.

Gladiator II: plot, cast, running time

Directed by Ridley Scott, Gladiator II Set 16 years after the death of Emperor Marcus Aurelius of Rome, it follows Hanno (Paul Mescal), a former soldier turned slave who is forced to become a gladiator to entertain Roman high society. However, when his owner Macrinus (Denzel Washington) goes crazy for power, Hanno begins a revolution to restore Rome to its former glory.

The film also stars Pedro Pascal, Connie Nielsen, Joseph Quinn, Fred Hechinger, Lior Raz, Derek Jacobi and others. The running time is two hours and 28 minutes.
