Wedding bells are ringing for Paris Jackson and her boyfriend Justin Long!

In the early hours of Friday, December 6, the singer — Michael Jackson’s only daughter — shared the news in a carousel post on Instagram to celebrate the music producer and engineer’s birthday. Among the photos was a snap of her boyfriend, who she affectionately calls “Blue,” kneeling on one knee and holding a box in a gilded room.

Jackson, 26, gushed in the caption of her post that she “couldn’t imagine a more perfect person.” “Happy birthday my sweet blue one,” she wrote. “Life with you over the last few years has been an indescribable whirlwind and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect person to do anything with. Thank you for letting me be yours. I love you.”

Jackson also shared a glimpse of the proposal on her Instagram Stories, posting a close-up photo of Long putting a sparkling ring on her finger and the moment she crouched down to kiss and hug Long after the proposal .

According to E! News: Jackson started dating Long in 2022.

The model’s carousel post for Long’s birthday also included a selection of photos looking back at shared memories, including kissing lips in a photo booth and wearing costumes. The engagement announcement photo was shared towards the end of the collection.

Jackson wore denim shorts, a sweater, sheer tights and knee-high boots for the occasion, while Long looked dapper in a white shirt and black pants.

Long hasn’t posted Jackson on his Instagram grid since they worked together on their 2023 performance at the BottlerRock Napa Valley music festival.

“@parisjackson at Bottlerock with #glennmatthews @antsalazar @swinghero @adamgguitar,” his caption read.

Jackson previously dated her bandmate Gabriel Glenn for over two years. The couple separated in August 2020.

Jackson opened up about her music to Willow Smith in 2021 Conversation at the Red Table that it was inspired by “Heartbreak.”

“It was the deepest love I have ever experienced in someone, it was the most intense I have ever felt, and the most intense betrayal I have felt and experienced to date,” she said. “That definitely stopped me. I’m now very careful about who I spend time with and very reserved and trying to protect myself.”

“I say I’m gay because I suspect so, but I wouldn’t call myself bisexual because not only have I dated men and women, but I’ve also dated a man who had a vagina.”

“It has nothing to do with what’s in your pants, it’s literally about who you are as a person?” Jackson added.
