In-N-Out reveals details about massive, one-of-a-kind Las Vegas spot

Well, after months of rumors and waiting, it’s official: In-N-Out confirmed on Instagram on Thursday that it plans to open one of its largest stores ever by 2026, and the location is set to feature a few different unique items – friendly amenities.

Back in October, news broke that a new In-N-Out would be coming to Las Vegas as part of a shopping complex called The BLVD along the Strip. SFGATE confirmed that it would be the second-largest In-N-Out in terms of seating capacity, just behind the Barstow outpost. But this new In-N-Out at 3755 S. Las Vegas Blvd. is more than just a big room. The restaurant will also be a kind of homage to the company’s history and will have its own retail store.

“This restaurant will be over 8,000 square feet on one level and will offer dine-in service and outdoor seating,” the Instagram post reads. “The dining area will be larger than our typical restaurant and special In-N-Out signage will reflect our retro look throughout the years. We are also excited that a unique corporate store will be opening adjacent to the restaurant, featuring some popular In-N-Out items!”

This wouldn’t be the first In-N-Out to have a dedicated retail items section. This honor goes to the very first location that is now a museum. However, there is no food at this location, while other nearby traditional locations – such as the oldest existing In-N-Out – often do not sell merchandise. The new Las Vegas location will likely be the first restaurant where people can shop for specialty items while they wait for their double-doubles and animal-style fries.

The company said the storefront is still “in the early stages” and is not expected to open until 2026. In-N-Out had previously confirmed to SFGATE that this location would be larger than a typical In-N-Out restaurant because there would be no drive-thru option, only direct dine-in. But with all the extra space and outdoor seating, it should offer incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip – at least when there aren’t Formula 1 races on.
