RICHMOND, Va. – Clouds give way to sunshine today. Highs will be in the upper 50s to mid 60s. Winds will be from the southwest this afternoon at 10 to 20 miles per hour.

Tonight the clouds are getting thicker. A shower is possible around daybreak. Lows will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s.

A few showers will continue through Monday, mostly from dawn to midday. The maximum values ​​are 55-60.

Tuesday will be warm with high temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. A patchy shower is possible during the day, with showers increasing Tuesday evening into Tuesday night.

Regular rainfall will occur on Wednesday, with rainfall amounts of over an inch possible. There may be a lull in the early afternoon. Morning highs will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s, with temperatures dropping in the afternoon. The wind is blowing at speeds of over 25 miles per hour. The rain stops in the evening. A few wet flakes may mix in to the north and west, but that chance is fairly low.

Thursday through Friday will be colder with highs in the lower to mid 40s. Lows Thursday evening will be in the teens and 20s.

Highs next weekend will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s.
