Jamie Foxx ended his 57th birthday in stitches after being hit by a glass at his holiday dinner. The prolific actor’s publicist confirmed that he was having dinner with friends at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills when he became involved in an altercation with another table at the restaurant CNN. The Oscar-winning actor took to Instagram to thank his fans and people who stopped by.

TMZ spoke to a witness to the incident who said: “Customers at another table were rude and vulgar to Jamie and he asked them to stop as his family was present,” adding: “At that time someone at that table was said to have thrown the glass have.” hit him in the face.
