Jay-Z has asked for the identity of a woman who accused him of raping her when she was 13 to be revealed or the case dismissed.

The accuser, identified as “Jane Doe,” says the assault occurred after, and allegedly at the same time as, the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000 Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Shortly afterward, the suit says, both Combs and Jay-Z entered the room, with Combs telling her, “You’re ready to party!”

That’s when, she claims, Jay-Z stripped her of her clothes, held her down and raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity looked on. She says Combs also raped her while Jay-Z and the woman watched.

After the alleged assault, she “grabbed her clothes” and ran to the nearest gas station, where she called her father.

She is demanding unspecified damages.

Jay-Z responded to the allegations in a lengthy statement to NBC News.

He wrote: “These allegations are so heinous that I am asking you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil lawsuit! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up, don’t you think?”

“These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

He continued: “My only sorrow is for my family. My wife and I have to sit down with our children, one of whom is of the age where their friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain people’s cruelty and greed. I mourn another loss of innocence.

“Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physicists, will believe the idiotic claims you have made against me, which, if it were not for the seriousness of the harm to children, would be ridiculous,” he added.

Jay-Z has been married to Beyoncé since 2008 after the couple met around 2000. They have three children together.

Meanwhile, Combs was charged by federal prosecutors in New York with racketeering, sex trafficking and other crimes. He is in custody in Brooklyn and is scheduled to be arraigned on May 5.

Combs’ lawyers have denied allegations of rape, sexual assault and misconduct, saying in a previous statement: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the legal process.”
