The lawsuit, which identifies the victim only as Jane Doe, was originally filed in October, but an amended statement of claim filed Sunday now names Jay-Z as the second previously anonymous celebrity who allegedly raped her alone and while drugged and intoxicated .

The lawsuit, obtained by DailyMail.com, states: “Defendant Sean Combs…along with his lifelong friend and collaborator Shawn Carter, drugged and raped a thirteen-year-old boy at an afterparty following the 2000 Video Music Awards.”

“Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns attacking the minor.”

The name of this third celebrity was not revealed, but it appears to be a woman who immediately recognized the victim.

At the time of the assault, which according to the lawsuit occurred on or about September 7, 2000, the victim had a friend drive her to Radio City Music Hall so she could attempt to attend the awards show, for which she did not have a ticket.

She watched the show outside on a Jumbotron before approaching several limo drivers, hoping to talk her way into the event or an afterparty.

A chauffeur who drove Combs and others to the afterparty agreed to return to take her to the afterparty, noting that she “fitted what Diddy was looking for.”

Arriving at the party, the girl was asked to sign a document – she was not given a copy – before mingling with the starry crowd.

After taking a few sips of a reddish-yellow drink, the girl reportedly felt “light-headed and dizzy, so she had to lie down.”

Looking for a place to rest, she came into a seemingly empty bedroom and didn’t lock the door.

Moments later, Combs entered the room with defendant Carter and a prominent woman. The plaintiff immediately recognized all three celebrities.

Combs allegedly aggressively approached the girl, “with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘Are you ready to party!'” the lawsuit continues.

According to Jay-Z, Buzbee had calculated that “the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would lead me to enter into a settlement.”

“These victims,” he claimed, “would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

Calling Buzbee a man who has “no honor or dignity,” Jay-Z addressed his statement to the attorney, saying, “You made a terrible error of judgment because you thought all ‘celebrities’ were the same.” I don’t come from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the Brooklyn projects.

“We don’t play games like that. We have very strict rules of conduct and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain.

“Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake psychics, will believe the idiotic claims you have made against me, which, were it not for the seriousness of harming children, would be ridiculous.”
