Joe Burrow makes a stunning comment about Tee Higgins’ future with the Bengals

Cincinnati Bengals fullback Higgins feels all but gone and has been for some time – that’s no secret or surprise to fans.

But it sounds like Joe Burrow has other plans.

When Burrow spoke to reporters after the win over the Dallas Cowboys, he was taken aback when asked about Higgins’ future with the team.

“I’m confident we can do everything we can to get Tee back,” Burrow said, according to Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic. “I know I will do everything to get him back.

Reporters then asked why he was so confident about this with a simple, “We’ll see.”

Fans can probably read this in two ways. First, Burrow knows something the rest of us don’t.

Or secondly, he is now using his platform to publicly put pressure on the Bengals.

Whatever the case, it certainly feels like the conversation surrounding Higgins has just taken a pretty dramatic turn.
