Joe Rogan loses Spotify’s top spot to the podcast with just one episode

Joe Rogan was knocked off the top spot in the Spotify charts by Kylie Kelce’s new podcast as she followed her husband Jason into the podcast world.

In recent years, Joe Rogan has maintained a steady dominance in the global podcast charts. This dominance landed him a massive deal with Spotify, and despite his exclusivity on the streaming platform, the Joe Rogan Experience continues to stand above the rest.

At times there were some challengers to his throne. As Spotify has signed new shows, they have climbed up the rankings. We saw this on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy as well as Jason and Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast.

Now there’s another Kelce making waves on Spotify.

Kylie Kelce’s “Not Gonna Lie” beats Joe Rogan after the first episode

Kylie Kelce, wife of former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, has her own podcast, Not Gonna Lie, which was created due to her popularity from her appearance on New Heights.

The podcast is only one episode long and has already managed to knock Joe Rogan off the top spot in the US charts.

Despite being a brand new podcast and experiencing an initial surge in popularity, dethroning Rogan in the US charts is no easy task.

Kelce’s podcast has overtaken Rogan.

While we’ve seen Rogan miss the top spot in other countries – most notably the UK – even the big new shows have struggled to replicate that in the United States. So for Kelce it’s a remarkable achievement.

As previously mentioned, she has appeared in numerous episodes of New Heights over the past few years, including episodes in which she overtook Rogan.

The popularity of New Heights was apparently boosted by Travis’ relationship with Taylor Swift, as fans of the pop sensation wanted to know what was going on behind the scenes.

Rogan will likely reclaim the top spot soon, especially if he comes out with a big episode.
