The bid for Juan Soto’s services is finally coming to a head.

While everyone was scrambling for information about Soto’s free agency, his agent Scott Boras finally dispelled some speculation that his announcement was imminent.

“When you go through these things, he just has a lot of information to process,” Boras told reporters after a Dodgers news conference where he introduced fellow client Blake Snell, who agreed to a five-year, $182 million contract with the world incumbents Series Champions.

“We had meetings with a number of franchises. He started eliminating teams and getting things done, and so he’s – Juan is a very methodical thinker. So we’ll see. But I don’t think anything is imminent in the near future.”

The Post’s Jon Heyman reported that Soto is expected to seriously consider a return to the Yankees and will hold meetings with the Mets, Red Sox and Blue Jays.

It is not yet clear who has been eliminated from the Soto competition.

The Post’s Joel Sherman reported Tuesday that Soto’s contract is expected to be worth more than $600 million.

Shohei Ohtani’s massive 10-year, $700 million contract he signed with the Dodgers last offseason is the current record, with $680 million deferred.

Soto turned down a 15-year, $440 million contract from the Nationals in 2022 and was later traded to the Padres. He was acquired by the Yankees in a blockbuster trade with San Diego last December.

His exorbitant cost has resulted in fewer potential suitors for the left-hitting outfielder, even as his price has continued to rise.
