Justin Timberlake goes viral for defective concert wardrobe

Twenty years after Justin Timberlake accidentally exposed Janet Jackson’s breast during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show, resulting in an infamous wardrobe malfunction that sparked controversy, the singer has now had to deal with his own shameful wardrobe malfunction.

During a performance at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday, Timberlake, 43, went viral for suffering a wardrobe malfunction after a tight-fitting harness exposed his crotch.

In one TikTok video Captured by a fan in the audience, a fully clothed Timberlake can be seen wearing a tight-fitting harness that inadvertently highlights his bulge while playing his 2013 song “Mirrors.”

At one point in the clip, the “Reptile” star struggles to navigate his harness while unsuccessfully trying to cover his groin with his shirt.

Although Timberlake probably wishes he could say “Bye Bye Bye” to the embarrassing moment, TikTok users had a field day sharing their thoughts in the comments section of the clip, which already has 7 million views.

“The way my jaw dropped. Honey, no one told him that during rehearsals? Ugh,” one person wrote.

Another commented: “He keeps trying to cover it with his shirt (laughing emojis).”

“I think you’ve seen Justin’s Timber,” someone else added.

Timberlake, who is currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, has not yet addressed the incident. HuffPost has reached out to Timberlake’s representatives for comment.

Other TikTok users drew comparisons to fellow singer Chris Brown, who had also done the same All eyes were on his crotch over the summer after he got got stuck in the air in the middle of the concert onstage during a stop at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, during the 11:11 Tour.
