Justin Timberlake is having his own wardrobe malfunction

One of the originators of the term “wardrobe malfunction” just had one of his own.

Justin Timberlake – the one who starred in the infamous 2004 Super Bowl halftime show in which he shocked audiences everywhere by accidentally exposing Janet Jackson’s bare chest – accidentally showed his audience too much during one of his own concerts. It happened during his song “Mirrors” at a Thursday concert at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, when he was wearing a tight-fitting harness as he landed on stage and danced.

Much of the social media conversation focused on his net worth and not his songs.

“He hits the high notes and now we know why,” one commenter quipped.

Meanwhile, another joked that the audience had “seen Justin’s Timber.”

There were several references to Timberlake’s former girlfriend Britney Spears, as in “Britney…I get it, girl.”

Weekly entertainment has reached out to Timberlake’s representatives.

It’s been a tough year for the Grammy winner. The Nashville concert was part of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which is scheduled to run through July and end in Paris.
