Kendrick Lamar and SZA are expanding their highly anticipated “Grand National Tour” due to high demand

Kendrick Lamar and SZA have added more stops to their highly anticipated Grand National Tour before tickets go on sale to the public on Friday (December 6) at 10 a.m. local time.

The pair added a third stop in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium on May 24, 2025, along with another date at the Toronto Rogers Center on June 13. Lamar’s return to his hometown is highly anticipated, especially after the success of The Pop Out – Ken. and friends” earlier this year. Meanwhile, the Canada concert led many to speculate that it could be another subtle dig at Drake, who surprisingly still hasn’t headlined the city’s flagship venue.

Lamar and SZA’s decision to extend their tour may have been influenced by the CashApp presale rush, which, as REVOLT reported on Wednesday (Dec. 4), left some fans frustrated with long wait times and service fees. Interestingly, Ticketmaster also addressed allegations that its platform allowed bots and ticket resellers to intervene.

“We never prioritize brokers over fans,” the company wrote via its official Twitter account. “In fact, we have invested more than the rest of the industry combined in developing technology to prevent criminals from stealing tickets from fans.”

The “Grand National Tour” begins April 19, 2025 in Minnesota and travels through major cities such as Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Detroit, St. Louis and Chicago before finally ending in ends Washington, DC on June 18th. Supporting acts have not yet been announced or confirmed.

The hike will be held in promotion of Lamar’s sixth studio album. GNXwhich landed on the billboard 200 chart upon release. SZAs LANA And SOS (Deluxe) are also on the bill for 2024.

Prior to the tour, Lamar is also scheduled to headline the Super Bowl LIX halftime show. He will take the stage at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9, 2025.
