Linda Cardellini is joining HBO’s dark comedy DTF St. Louis

HBO’s dark comedy limited series DTF St. Louis expands its cast.

Linda Cardellini has joined the show, which hails from creator, showrunner and director Steven Conrad (Prime Video’s). patriot). She will star in the seven-part series alongside Jason Bateman and David Harbour.

DTF St. Louis is about “a love triangle between three adults suffering from middle-aged malaise that leads to one of them dying,” according to HBO’s logline. Cardellini will play a character named Carol, but other details — including whether she or her two co-stars form the aforementioned love triangle — are being kept secret. The series is currently in pre-production.

The series was in development for more than two years before HBO gave it a series order.
