Little Big Town debuts first look for Christmas at the Opry special

Little Big Town and the Grand Ole Opry are ringing in the holidays this year, combining holiday music with one of Nashville’s most famous stages in an upcoming television special Christmas in Little Big Town at the Opry.

The special will air December 16th at 8pm ET/PT on NBC (and stream the following day on Peacock) and will be hosted by three-time Grammy winners Little Big Town (who will also lend their superb harmonies to several songs). ).

They will also welcome several of their friends and artists including Dan + Shay, Kelsea Ballerini, Sheryl Crow, Kirk Franklin, Josh Groban, Kate Hudson and Orville Peck to perform a mix of holiday classics and original holiday music. The mix of solo performances, duets and other collaborations were all filmed in front of an audience at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.

In an advance clip previewing the special, Little BIg ​​Town’s Jimi Westbook says, “There’s no better place to celebrate the holidays and seasons we love so much than here at the Opry with friends and family to be.”

The clip also features Ballerini performing “White Christmas” and Dan+Shay performing “Holiday Party” from their 2024 album It’s Officially Christmas: The Double Albumand Little Big Town works with Groban for a harmonious collaboration.
