Maggie Lu receives Pathfinder Program Atlas Award – Jackson Walker

Jackson Walker proudly congratulates Maggie Lu as the recipient of the 2024 Atlas Award presented by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). This award was presented upon successful completion of their experience in the 2024 LCLD Pathfinder program.

“I am honored to receive the 2024 Atlas Award from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity,” said Maggie. “Participating in the LCLD Pathfinder program was an incredibly rewarding experience. I am grateful for the support and encouragement of my colleagues at Jackson Walker, who have been instrumental in my journey.”

The Atlas Award recognizes Pathfinders who have demonstrated the highest level of commitment throughout the program. To earn this award, Maggie participated in eight or more programming components, including various in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and online learning modules. This year, 81 Pathfinders received the Atlas Award, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to professional development.

The Pathfinder Program is a seven-month professional development initiative designed to provide young, diverse lawyers with essential leadership skills, career development strategies and tips for building professional networks and relationships.

Maggie Lu is a real estate attorney with experience advising clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of vacant land, shopping centers, office buildings and multifamily properties. Maggie also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial leases for office and retail space. In 2024, she was selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program. Maggie received her BA from the University of Houston and her JD, summa cum laudefrom South Texas College of Law Houston.
