The Fantasy hitmaker is currently hitting stages across the country as she performs her Christmas Time tour.

The tour was announced in August and celebrates the 30th anniversary of their timeless holiday hit “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”

The first show took place on November 6th in Highland, California and the final concert is scheduled for December 17th in Brooklyn.

Mariah’s setlist is rounded out by 26 songs and the concert lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Audiences will enjoy renditions of the superstar’s biggest and best-known songs, as well as Christmas classics.

It has become a habit for Carey to promote her mid-’90s Christmas album in the last two months of the year.

The lead single is ubiquitous during the holiday season as fans return it to the top of the music charts year after year.

Carey shared the story behind her biggest release, which she composed with 66-year-old Brazilian songwriter Walter Afanasieff, in a 2023 interview with Parade.

“I started writing this on a little DX7 or Casio keyboard that was in this little room in the house where I lived in upstate New York at the time many lifetimes ago,” she remembers.

At the time, she said, she “just wrote down everything I was thinking about.” All the things that reminded me of Christmas and gave me a festive feeling that I wanted other people to feel too.”

Despite widespread reports that the song only took 15 minutes to write, Mariah said the recording process didn’t go all that smoothly.

“We spent some time making the record because when you listen to all those background vocals and stuff, you can’t do it in five minutes,” she confessed.

She reiterated, “It’s literally impossible unless you have three choirs.”
