Micah Parsons had the saddest social media post following CeeDee Lamb’s injury news

The Dallas Cowboys had another of the team’s star players sidelined for the remainder of the season on Thursday after it was announced that CeeDee Lamb would be sidelined with a lingering shoulder injury.

Following the Cowboys’ latest injury, star edge rusher Micah Parsons took to social media to share his reaction. He was dismayed by Lamb’s injury news, which leaves him one of the team’s only star players in the final two weeks of the season.

Dallas has been plagued by injuries this season. Players out for the season include quarterback Dak Prescott, guard Zack Martin, linebacker DeMarvion Overshown, cornerback Trevon Diggs and Lamb, among a handful of others.

With so many key players unavailable, Parsons wondered where all his teammates went.

Despite not having a ton of talent, the Cowboys have played some of their best football of the season in recent weeks. The team improved to 7-8 this season and despite the postseason being out of reach, they have four wins in their last five games.

Parsons will look to hold the fort while his teammates recover from their respective injuries. He’s done great since returning from his own injuries at the start of the season. After missing all of October and part of November, Parsons recorded 8.5 sacks and 23 tackles in his final seven games.

The team hopes to be back at full strength for the start of next season after being hit hard by injury in 2024.
