Music Rewind 2024: “Hallelujah” This was the year of a new Shawn Mendes era

2024 was the year we finally got the Shawn Mendes album we’ve been waiting for! We were Shawn Mendes fans from the start and Shawn is the most true to himself work he has released to date. This album felt like a warm welcome into the final years of Shawn’s life, a real look into his head and how he processed things. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and knew we had to celebrate what this year has brought us as Shawn Mendes Stans!

Shawn is everything you hope for from an album by your favorite artist. It’s a genre shift that goes from pure pop to a folk-pop hybrid; it’s raw and shows Shawn’s heart on his sleeve. It sounds like a record that Shawn was always meant to make, and for us that’s what makes this record from this year stand out.

For friends and family only tour

This tour was made for us! For the fans who have been with Shawn since day one and have dreamed of returning and seeing him play in these intimate venues again. Even though there were only a few dates, this tour felt like it rekindled the community we saw during the tour Illuminate And Wonder Tour. These shows felt like a one-on-one conversation with Shawn through music where he said, “Hey, here I was and here’s what happened.”

For Friends and Family Only: A Live Concert Film

If you weren’t one of the people lucky enough to see it For friends and family only Shawn was there for you along the way! The live concert film resulting from the tour has been released! We’ve watched this concert film more times than we can count and think it perfectly encapsulates what that room felt like.
