Fans took a break from panic planning for the upcoming holidays this week and instead opted to enjoy their thrill of action, mystery and pensioner espionage. The critically acclaimed Christmas spy thriller Black pigeonsStarring Golden Globe nominee Keira Knightley, it ranked No. 2 on the UK TV list (10.8 million views) and reached the top 10 in 89 countries. Documentaries and reality TV peaked across genres on the English TV list this week. Speaking of dramas, they were common on non-English TV channels’ lists. Two Korean limited series occupied spots on the list, with When the phone rings at number 2 (4.3 million views) and The trunk at number 3 (4.1 million views). In the meantime, Asaph (Türkiye) came in at number 6 (2.3 million views) and Sister Feud Season 1 (Mexico) ranked #9 (1.6 million views).
