New Orleans Children’s Hospital Christmas Parade

The Children’s Hospital New Orleans Christmas Parade takes place in downtown New Orleans. This year’s parade features a longer route and unique throws. The 30-float parade includes soaring holiday-themed balloons, floats with animatronic props, dozens of popular marching bands and more. Santa Claus himself can also be seen at the parade. Children’s Hospital Patients The hospital has been busy decorating custom-made and decorated plastic ornaments that will be distributed as unique throws this year. Balloons Inflated Before the Parade: One of the most exciting elements of the Children’s Hospital New Orleans Holiday Parade are the soaring balloons seen in the sky over downtown New Orleans! WDSU News has partnered with Children’s Hospital New Orleans to raise money for the great work the hospital does to keep New Orleans’ children healthy and safe. During the third annual CHNOLA Holiday Parade on Dec. 7, WDSU will raise money for the hospital through a phone bank and online donations. All proceeds go to the Children’s Hospital. The phone banks open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 1:00 p.m. Once phone banks open, you can call 888-780-8811 to make a donation. To donate online, click here.
