No 3D release for Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 on December 5

Allu Arjun and director Sukumar’s Pushpa 2: The Rule will not release in 3D on December 5. The makers of Pushpa 2 had earlier announced that the film will be released in multiple formats including 2D, 3D, 4DX and IMAX. According to latest reports, the 3D printed version of the Allu Arjun starrer is not ready yet and hence the makers have decided to scrap the version and go ahead with the 2D release.

Many fans who booked the 3D version were disappointed. Now theater chains must issue a refund because the team has canceled performances. On BookMyShow only 2D, IMAX and 4DX versions were listed.

There is now a rumor doing the rounds that the makers are planning to release the 3D version at a later date. It is said that the 3D version of Pushpa 2 is slated to hit theaters on December 13. This new date could give them enough time to work on the 3D printing.

However, an official announcement regarding the release date of the 3D version is still awaited.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is one of the most anticipated films of 2024. The film is breaking box office records day after day. According to the makers, that is The sequel reached Rs 100 million in advance sales and is doing well at the box office. Industry experts expect ‘Pushpa 2’ to set new benchmarks by surpassing the records of ‘Jawan’, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ and many other films.
