Paris Jackson announces engagement to music producer Justin Long

Paris Jackson is engaged to music producer Justin Long.

The 26-year-old singer and actress — daughter of late music icon Michael Jackson — revealed the news in a sweet post on her Instagram page on Friday, December 6.

The post came as part of a birthday wish for Long, and the carousel of photos features highlights of pleasant moments between the couple — travel, costume parties, hikes in the park and kissing sessions in the photo booth.

“Happy birthday my sweet blue,” Paris wrote in the post’s caption. “Life with you has been an indescribable whirlwind over the last few years and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect person to do anything with.” Thank you for letting me be yours. I love you.”

Also in the carousel is the moment Long, who served as Paris’s bandmate on tours and live performances, got down on one knee and proposed to her. It appears the marriage proposal came about while the couple were in Budapest, from where Paris shared photos from a hotel. The grand romantic gesture was photographed in a beautiful hall with shimmering chandeliers and gold walls.

Accordingly, Paris and Long started dating in 2022 E! News. Little is known about their relationship as the two keep things private, however it appears that they both have a passion for music.

Long has produced and played guitar on tracks for Adrienne O, Cody Qualls and The Petty Nicks Experience. According to Long’s LinkedIn page, he had “over a decade of experience making music – from developing/mixing songs that hit #1 on iTunes in the US and 20 other countries to performing live as part of a band, who is signed to a major label.” .”

Long also helped produce some of Paris’ musical material, including her song “Blue Moon.”
