Justice Hill is coming off a quality season, serving as a backup behind Derrick Henry for the Baltimore Ravens.
However, Hill appeared to have suffered a head injury in the second quarter of the Ravens’ Week 16 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The injury occurred after Hill completed a carry around the left side of the offensive line for a 25-yard gain. He was pushed out of bounds by Damontae Kazee and landed hard on his head.

The Baltimore field staff immediately signaled that Hill needed medical attention. He was briefly shown lying motionless on the ground, but he later got up and walked to the blue medical tent under his own power.
