Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen will travel to the WWK Arena where they will compete against each other augsburg on Saturday in the 14th league game of the season.

The hosts are sixth from last in 13th place with 16 points and Draw against Eintracht Frankfurt 2-2 on December 7, while Xabi Alonso’s side are third with 26 points, now six points behind the leaders Bayern Munich following their 2-1 win against St. Pauli last Saturday.

We say: Augsburg – Bayer Leverkusen 1:3

It’s hard to see how Augsburg can avoid defeat given Bayer Leverkusen’s strong performances in recent weeks.

Considering the visitors were also strong at both ends of the pitch, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them score several goals while keeping their hosts relatively quiet in the final third.

League leaders Bayern Munich want to consolidate their top position Bundesliga table when they travel to Mewa Arena on Saturday where they will face off Mainz 05 in their 14th league game of the 2024/25 season.

Mainz has 19 points and is in ninth place in the table Lost against Wolfsburg 3:4 on December 8th, while Bayern defeated Heidenheim 4:2 on December 7 and their tally of 33 points is six more than second-place Eintracht Frankfurt.

We say: Mainz 05 – Bayern Munich 1:3

Bayern have been strong in front of goal all season and it is plausible that they could score several goals on Saturday.

However, given the injuries in defense and Neuer, Mainz will likely have chances of their own and may at least prevent the visitors from keeping a clean sheet.

Borussia Monchengladbach I hope to stay within reach Bundesliga‘s European qualifying spots when they welcome fighters Holstein Kiel on Saturday in Borussia Park.

The Foals are in 11th place with 18 points after 13 game weeks Draw 1-1 against Borussia Dortmund on December 7, while their opponents are second to last with just five points and in 17th place lost 0:2 against RB Leipzig last Saturday.

We say: Borussia Mönchengladbach – Holstein Kiel 2-0

Bochum have been poor defensively this season and it’s hard to see how they can keep a clean sheet on Saturday.

Furthermore, Borussia Mönchengladbach’s impressive home form should make them strong favorites against their relegation-threatened opponents.

Union Berlin will host the last place finisher VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga on Saturday in the 14th game of the 2024/25 season in the An der Alten Forsterei stadium.

The home team Lost against Stuttgart 2:3 on December 6 and are in 12th place in the top flight with 16 points, while their opponents are in 18th place with just two points after 13 games Werder Bremen lost 0-1 on December 7th.

We say: Union Berlin – VfL Bochum 2-0

It wouldn’t be surprising if Union Berlin could get back to winning ways at home, considering their opponents’ away record is terrible.

While the hosts haven’t been particularly good scorers this season, the visitors are the worst defensive team in the entire division and are unlikely to keep a clean sheet.

Bundesliga fighters St. Pauli will be aiming for only their second home win of the season when they welcome them on Saturday evening Werder Bremen to the Millerntor.

While the Hamburg club lost away to Bayer Leverkusen last time out, Bremen beat Bochum to stay in touch Germany’s top six.

We say: St. Pauli – Werder Bremen 1:2

Since Werder is one of the best away teams in the Bundesliga, they can leave Hamburg with the maximum number of points given St. Pauli’s home problems.

The hosts have only scored three goals in six league games at Millerntor this season, meaning they will once again come away empty-handed against Bremen.
