Three more accusers have filed sexual assault lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming they were drugged with spiked drinks and then raped by the rapper and music mogul in incidents dating back to 2022.

The new lawsuits, first reported by TMZ, were filed separately by anonymous plaintiffs through a New York attorney. The lawsuits allege that the plaintiffs went to parties with Combs, in two cases at hotels and in the third case at his mansion in the Hamptons, where he gave them alcoholic drinks, after which they quickly passed out while drinking and to the The time came when he raped her.

Combs has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty. His lawyers told TMZ the three new lawsuits are “filled with lies.” They added: “We will prove them wrong and demand sanctions against any unethical lawyer who filed fictitious claims against him.”

According to NBC News, the plaintiffs are all male and are identified only as John Doe in court documents. The assaults alleged in the files occurred between 2019 and 2022.

One plaintiff claimed his attack was filmed and that he subsequently received $2,500 in cash from the man operating the camera.

In a second filing, a man claims that Combs’ employees threatened him to keep quiet. NBC News reports that the third plaintiff claims he was taken to his East Hamptons residence in the summer of 2020 by Combs’ “employees” from the company he founded, Bad Boy Records.

At the party, the man became sick and passed out. Combs and his associates then alternately sexually assaulted and raped him, the lawsuit says.

The men’s lawyer, Thomas Giuffra, a New York-based litigator who specializes in abuse cases, told the Guardian that the three separate lawsuits described a “shockingly similar pattern.”

“Combs drugged people, they woke up while he raped them, and afterward they were rushed out the door, received threats from people who worked for Mr. Combs, and were silenced by fear.”

Giuffra said the same pattern “occurred in every single one of these cases.” He added that he has received about 60 calls regarding lawsuits against Combs and that “these are the three we are currently filing.”

The new lawsuits add to the mountain of allegations against Combs, who has been incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since September on charges of conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. He already faces more than two dozen civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault on behalf of men and women accused of abusing her.

Last month, a New York judge denied Combs bail for a third time, calling him a “serious risk” of witness tampering.
