Seattle fans demand DK Metcalf trade after shocking moment in Bears-Seahawks game

Seattle fans demand DK Metcalf trade after shocking moment in Bears-Seahawks game

Seattle Seahawks fans wanted one of the team’s best players, DK Metcalf, to find employment elsewhere after another breakout run at wide receiver, this time against the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football.

Metcalf was covered by Chicago’s Tyrique Stevenson on a play in the second quarter and became tangled up after blocking each other.

After the play ended, the two exchanged words, with Metcalf placing his hands and other body parts on Stevenson.

Metcalf pokes Stevenson in the face twice at the end of the game before putting his finger in the Chicago defender’s face and completing the confrontation by headbutting him.

Bears defensive lineman Demarcus Walker separated the two before drawing the ire of Metcalf himself and receiving a shove from the Seahawks receiver.

Metcalf was assessed two personal fouls for the incident but was allowed to remain in the game.

“All you have to do is get under DK Metcalf’s skin a little bit and then he’ll turn into Draymond Green and melt down,” one Seahawks fan said.

“We need to get DK Metcalf for another team player.”

“I’m a little surprised DK Metcalf wasn’t ejected,” NFL reporter Albert Breer said.

“Oh no, please don’t make me read another week of DK Metcalf trade tweets.”

In one of the worst games of the NFL season, the Seahawks defeated the Bears 6-3, with neither team scoring a touchdown.

The Bears have now lost 10 games in a row, starting with the Jayden Daniels Hail Mary that put the Washington Commanders over the Windy City team.

The Seahawks are still in playoff contention heading into Sunday’s NFL games and need two Rams losses to advance to the postseason.
