Snoop Dogg’s daughter cries while shopping for a wedding dress: ‘I hate my body’

Snoop Dogg’s daughter Cori Broadus got emotional while shopping for her wedding dress.

The 25-year-old cosmetics entrepreneur made her way down the aisle with her fiancé Wayne Deuce, 32, on E! documented. docuseries “Snoop’s Fatherhood: Cori and Wayne’s Story,” the first part of which aired on Thursday, December 5th.

On the show, Broadus cried after trying on a wedding dress, revealing she struggled with her body image.

“I really like the idea of ​​getting married, but being the center of attention is kind of scary,” she said in a confessional interview.

“I wear baggy clothes because I’m not particularly comfortable with my natural body,” she explained of her everyday style.

When Broadus tried on a figure-hugging wedding dress with a thigh-slit, her friends who accompanied her on the shopping trip praised the look – but Cori was less than thrilled.

“It just wasn’t what I really wanted,” she said in the confessional.

At the clothing store, Broadus said she didn’t “like” her body. “I hate my body,” she told her friends. “You see how I dress every day? I wear big clothes so people can’t see what I naturally look like.”

Wiping away tears, Cori brushed aside her emotions and told her friends that she only had “a moment.”

“I just don’t like the way my body looks in them,” she added.

During her confessional, Broadus also admitted that she sometimes feels like “an outcast.”

“I’m the bigger friend. I am the chocolate lover. I’m the sick friend,” she said, referring to her battle with lupus at age six. She also suffered a stroke earlier this year.

“It reminded me: OK, this is why I don’t go shopping, and this is why I dress the way I dress, because I don’t like that feeling when I put clothes on,” she explained of the shopping experience.

“My dress doesn’t make me feel confident or sexy. I think what probably makes me feel this way is that all my friends are short. I’m on the heavier side.”

She continued: “The truth is that I fight with myself every day. It just seems so weird to me that Wayne got down on one knee and I sometimes ask, ‘Why?’ Like, ‘Why do you love me so much?’ What do you see?’ I think trying on the dress kind of brought me back to that place.”

Deuce proposed to Broadus in November 2022.

The couple had planned to get married earlier this year, but their wedding was postponed after Broadus’ stroke.

Snoop recently revealed what gift he got his daughter for her wedding – $1 million!

“It’s the truth, but the only thing about this gift is that she never got to open it or hasn’t opened it yet,” he shared during an appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” this week. “It was a million dollars for their wedding.”
