Stranger Things Season 5 gets exciting release update from Netflix

What fans know is that the wait is almost over. Production appears to have wrapped up, so release news for the series could be imminent.

While “soon” is a somewhat nebulous term, it would make sense if the streamer provided an update on the series soon.

According to a report from November 2024 Stranger Things is considered one of Netflix’s “greatest shows” of 2025, so there must be at least a release window soon:

At this point, the best way fans can predict a possible release date is by looking at previous precedents from the series.

This would align with recent speculation that a wrap party for the show was held sometime in early December and filming was officially completed. If this is true, a release date could be on the horizon soon.
