To celebrate the holiday season, FloridaRentals.com put together some research on the most expensive and cheapest holiday movie houses.

Use of information about the various filming locations from IMDB, the vacation rental marketplace then estimated property values ​​of the holiday movie houses from sources such as Zoopla, Realtor, Zillow and Redfin.

“Christmas movies are full of enchanting homes that make us want to step inside and experience the magic of Christmas firsthand,” wrote a spokesperson for FloridaRentals.com.

“Whether it’s the charming cottages in The Holiday or the sumptuous villas of Home Alone, these homes are often at the heart of the seasonal spirit.”

The spokesperson added that some of the homes are “unsurprisingly fictional” but are “within reach for long-time fans.”

“While these large, opulent mansions may be out of reach, there are more modest but charming homes that are reachable than you think.”
