Taco Bell has added plenty of new (and old!) items to its nationwide menu. However, five fan favorites were also quietly discontinued. Let’s take a look at what customers can no longer enjoy.

AllRecipes reports that Taco Bell has discontinued the following fan favorites:

  • Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito: The Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito was, for many fans, the most notable of the five dishes that were left out. The loss sparked several Change.org petitions calling on the fast food chain to restore it.
  • Beefy Melt Burrito: The basic tortilla consisted of seasoned ground beef. Fiesta strips, seasoned rice, sour cream, a three-cheese blend and nacho cheese sauce. The Cheesy Double Beef Burrito is still available, although it may no longer be available in its original form.
  • Fiesta Veggie Burrito: “We call on Taco Bell not only as customers, but also as advocates for accessible, plant-based dining options in mainstream restaurants,” says the Change.org petition to bring it back. “Please bring back our beloved Fiesta Veggie Burrito or introduce another equally satisfying vegetarian burrito option.” The Fiesta Veggie Burrito included black beans, seasoned rice, Fiesta strips, sour cream, a three-cheese blend , tomatoes, guacamole and a creamy chipotle sauce included.
  • Chicken Chipotle Melt: The now-defunct Chicken Chipotle Melt, a flour tortilla filled with grilled chicken and cheddar cheese, also had chipotle sauce as its centerpiece. The Melt cost just $1 when it was first released and has a sizable following.
  • The classic $5 combo: For $5, this combo included a drink, a specialty item (like Black Bean Chalupa, Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, or Cheese Quesadilla), and a smaller classic item (like Bean Burrito, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, or Cheesy Bean and Rice). The fast food restaurant brought back other favorites

Back in November, Taco Bell introduced a number of new items to its menu.
