Most of the heavy rain and storms have passed, but isolated severe thunderstorms are possible in parts of the Bay Area, the National Weather Service said.

The risk of a severe storm is low and the NWS said it will only last until Saturday morning. According to PG&E, the storm conditions caused power outages for thousands of people in the Bay Area.

An outage map shows several areas in the region where at least 500 customers are without power.

Afterwards, isolated showers are expected during the afternoon, but today it will be significantly drier.

A flood warning is in effect for part of Petaluma until 1:30 p.m. A rolling wind advisory is in effect for the Interior Bay Area and Interior Central Coast until 10 a.m. Saturday. Coastal flooding is expected along San Francisco Bay and San Pablo Bay until 1 p.m. Monday

For Saturday’s temperatures, daytime highs will mostly be in the high 50s to low 60s along the coast, mid 50s to low 60s around the bay, and mid to high 60s inland. Overnight lows will mostly be in the mid 30s to low 40s.

Drier weather is expected through Sunday, with a risk of fog early Sunday morning.

The National Weather Service had forecast β€œheavy” rain with a risk of flooding for the Bay Area Friday evening through Saturday. In Livermore, those flooding concerns led to police warnings. Livermore police said many of their underpasses were closed due to significant flooding and cars attempting to pass through became stuck.
